‘Exhibitor Technology Forum’is the seminar space for exhibitor presentations to promote their latest information.
Please note that application will be closed when the sessions are fully booked.

*	Personal computer should be provided by the exhibitor.
*	Exhibitor should do the progress management of the seminar.

*	In case of cancellation, the cancellation fee should be paid as the same condition as the exhibition fee.

1. Deadline for application:

Friday, October 31, 2008

* Please note that applications will close when the planned number is reached, even before the deadline

2. Reduction in space/Cancellation

In principle, applications cannot be cancelled after the Application Form is submitted. Only when the Organizer deems it unavoidable will cancellations or reduction be accepted.
*	As to cancel the participation or any reduction in booth space, exhibitor shall notify the organizer thereof writing, specifying the reason.

In such cases, the following cancellation fee will be incurred based
on the date written notice is received.

Based on the date of cancellation	Cancellation fee
Before December 26, 2008	50% of the exhibition fee
On and after December 27,2008	100% of the exhibition fee

3. Booth allocation

The booth allocation will be decided by the organizer. The floor plan will be noticed to the exhibitors in December 2008.

*	The organizer reserves the right to alter floor plan or booth location even after the announcement of floor plan.

4. Application rules

5 booths are NOT accepted.
In case more than 5 booths, prime number booths are NOT accepted.
(ex.7, 11, 13 booths)
In case more than 6 booth, single row booths are NOT accepted.
If you need more than 16 booths, please contact the secretariat.
In principle, the change of booth type is not allowed.

5. Notes

For the detailed information for exhibiting, such as the schedule of construction, exhibition rules and the rental furniture will be noticed as' Exhibitor's Manual' in December 2008.
Overseas exhibitors who need VISA must make arrangement on their own for obtaining VISA by preparing the required documents including an invitation letter and a letter of guarantee.
Please note that the organizer will NOT issue such documents for any reason.
