The Exhibitor Technology Forum is a seminar space that will allow exhibitors to make presentations to promote their latest information.

Venue: Annex Hall (2F)- Fee: 100,000 JPY / session (tax included)
- Capacity: Approximately 100 people
- Standard equipment: Projector (PC not provided), screen, microphone, podium
*Applications will be accepted on a first-come-first-served basis. No applications will be accepted once all sessions are fully booked.
* Only the equipment stated above will be provided. Any additional items will be charged on an application basis.
* The exhibitor will be in charge of the registration, progression of the session and interpreters, if necessary.
* In case of cancellation, the same cancellation fees will apply as the exhibition fee.
