Hospitality Rooms

Individual hospitality rooms are available for a fee. These rooms offer exhibitors a place to hold meetings in a closed atmosphere with important guests.

Rental Period

May 14 (Wed.) – 16 (Fri.) 9:00 – 18:00

  • *Rental fees are for a three-day period (rooms will not be available on a daily basis)

Room Types and Fees

  • *The above fees include the use of the room as well as any tables and chairs already in the room. Exhibitors will be responsible for arranging any additional equipment or catering.
  • *The rooms will be on the M2 or 2 Floor of the Exhibition Hall.

Allocation of Hospitality Rooms

Exhibitors can apply for only 1 room each. If you would like to apply for a room, please indicate so on the application form.
In case the number of applications should exceed the number of available rooms, we may not be able to accommodate all requests.
Allocation of the rooms will be decided by the Secretariat after the Exhibitor Meeting.
Invoices will be sent once the rooms have been officially decided. Payment should be made by bank transfer within a month of receiving the invoice. If the payment is not confirmed, the application will be deemed as cancelled.

Other Information

Only exhibitors will be allowed to rent the Hospitality Rooms.
Exhibitors who cancel their booths will not be able to rent the Hospitality Room.
The Hospitality Room should be used for meetings and should not be used as a place to exhibit items.
