Time slots targeting overseas visitors will be provided.
Presentations in this slot should be in English only. If you are interested in presenting in the English session, please indicate so on the application form.

  • * English sessions may not be held depending on the number of applications. In this case, cancellation fees will not apply.
  • * Applications will be accepted on a first-come-first-served basis.
    No applications will be accepted once all sessions are fully booked.
  • * Any additional items will be charged on an application basis (equipment, furniture, interpreters, etc.).
  • * Presentations are limited to exhibitors only. The transfer of the presentation slots is prohibited.
  • * Staff members will be provided to read the barcodes on the name badges at the entrance to the seminar space.
    If you require any other staff to distribute materials, etc., you will be required to hire staff on your own responsibility.
  • * A list of the visitors’ data will be provided after the event.
  • * In case of cancellation, the same cancellation fees will apply as the exhibition fee.
  • * In case the number of applications should exceed the number of planned slots, a limit made be made to the number of applications possible by each exhibitor.
  • * Exhibitors may also be asked to change the planned presentation themes.
  • * At the Exhibitor Meeting (scheduled to be held on January 28, 2025 (Tue.)), the order to decide the date, time and venue will be decided by a lottery. Exhibitors will be able to choose the schedule in that order at a meeting to be held on-line on January 30, 2025 (Thu.).
